A uniquely positioned events venue on a family farm in Gloucestershire. The venue itself is a beautifully hand-crafted yurt with multiple accommodation options on site: the farmhouse, a shepherd’s hut and glamping. Leyfold Events works in tandem with its sister company - Backyard Mobile Bars - which provides all of the bars for events.
The business had a difficult few years with the pandemic hitting just a year after opening. The company owner was keen to better understand the company's position and outline their vision for the future.
We ran a series of workshops with the client using a brand strategy framework. To get to the heart of the challenge, we immersed ourselves in the events world by interviewing past and current clients as well as carrying out in-depth research on the sector. The workshop and research were the foundation of Leyfold Event’s roadmap, the action plan. We outlined everything from mission, vision, goals and brand personality to target audience, gap analysis and positioning.
